Industrial Foam

At Natal Gaskets we supply a variety of Foam products, including Acoustical Absorbers, Diffusers, Sound Barriers as well as Construction Materials, Composite Insulation Foams, Fire Protection Foams and Packaging Foams.

Industrial Sponges

We supply a variety of EVA and Rubber Sponge materials, colours and hardnesses which can be converted to any shape and size. Including Gaskets, Tool control inserts, Roof Closures, Sealing Strips, anti-Fatigue Mats, Shoe inserts, Boat Buoyancy, Deck Grips and many others with or without adhesive peel and stick.

Thermal and Acoustic Insulation

Our Thermal and Acoustic products and laminations include Non-Woven Wool, Shoddy Felt, Needle Punch Felt, 3M Thinsulate, Rockwool and many more industry leading products.

Automotive NVH insulation

We supply high volume production of Automotive noise, vibration and heat insulation products. Materials include open and closed cell Polyethylene foams & EPDM’s, Nitrile, non-woven thermo-bonded Felts & Shoddy, & Thinsulate components in kiss or die cut format approved against customer specific standards.

Industrial Rubber

Natal Gaskets is a major convertor and wholesaler of all types of rubber sheeting and gaskets. Available materials include Nitrile, EPDM, Insertion Rubber, Coin matting, Silicon, Viton and many more. Available in various grades.

Industrial Gasket Material

We manufacture Gaskets to recognised international standards and have many thousands of dies for standard and non-standard gaskets. We can also manufacture gaskets customised to your requirements and carry numerous gasket materials to cater for all applications, environments and customer specifications.

Rubber Moulding

Natal Gaskets compression mould Silicon, Viton, Natural Rubber and EPDM gaskets and components, including the manufacture of Rubber blocks from recycled car tyres.

Specialized Products

Natal Gaskets manufacture and supply bespoke anti corrosion Insulation Sets & Thermal jackets against customer specific requirements.

Natal Gaskets (Pty) ltd is part of the JMP group which was founded in 1946. With a wealth of experience and a long-standing track record, Natal Gaskets has become one of the largest manufacturers, supplier & convertors of sealing and insulation products in KZN.

With extensive product knowledge, material availability, a global supply chain and a mix of manufacturing technology, from CNC’s to moulding, to kiss cutting and basic hand cutting.
